DVC Study Abroad Web Site Mid-way down the page it says
Go to AIFS site and click "Enroll Online" to complete your application.
Click that link and it will take you to the AIFS Registration Page Three lines down you will see the link you need:
Click here to complete your enrollment form
You should email Harue Takanashi and let her know you have filled out the form. She can check and make sure it is all done and that you are all set.
